The payslip system in Cameroon is designed by the Ministry of Finance for all workers to easily access their salary payslips online. The E-Bulletin or payslip can be accessed anywhere on your smartphone or computer with a good internet connection.
How to Register and Sign in to the Online Payslip Website
- First, visit https://ebulletin.minfi.cm.
- For New users, please register by clicking on 'Create Account.'
- You will have to fill in all mandatory fields to register.
- Since this is your first time there, you must register before logging in and performing the next task.
- To complete your registration, you must enter the following details: Security Question, Security Answer, Email, Phone Number, Year Of Birth, and Bank name.
- After filling in all the required details, click on the Register Button to
- finished up the registration process.
- After registration, you will be taken to the Minfi E-Payslip system page.
- You will be required to enter your login details to log in.
How to Access, Download and Print Your Payslips Online in Cameroon?
- After successfully creating an account with the above steps, visit https://ebulletin.minfi.cm and log in.
- Enter your Employee or Matricule Number and Password to Sign in.
- You will then have access to the Payslips.
- Click on My Payslip and then select the month you want to download or Print the Payslip.
- Afterward, Click on generate, then navigate to the Save or Print button at the top of the page.
- Finally, Click to save or print that month's payslips summary.
