How to Register and Sign in to the Online Payslip Website

  1. First, visit

  3. You will have to fill in all mandatory fields to register.
  4. Since this is your first time there, you must register before logging in and performing the next task.
  5. To complete your registration, you must enter the following details: Security Question, Security Answer, Email, Phone Number, Year Of Birth, and Bank name.
  6. After filling in all the required details, click on the Register Button to

  8. After registration, you will be taken to the Minfi E-Payslip system page.
  9. You will be required to enter your login details to log in.

  • After successfully creating an account with the above steps, visit and log in.
  • Enter your Employee or Matricule Number and Password to Sign in.
  • You will then have access to the Payslips.
  • Click on My Payslip and then select the month you want to download or Print the Payslip.
  • Afterward, Click on generate, then navigate to the Save or Print button at the top of the page.
  • Finally, Click to save or print that month's payslips summary.
